You're not alone.

If your nervous system is in overdrive, your mind is racing, or your body can’t relax, this workshop is for you. MediTEAtion is a guided experience designed to help you prepare for meditation—so it actually works.

We’ll slow down together with:

  • Tea to ground your senses

  • Journaling + intention setting

  • Somatic movement + breathwork

  • Guided meditation + sound bath

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and with tools to create a sustainable, feel-good practice at home.

Facilitated by Sahar Paz, Founder of House of Paz, Sahar is a certified yoga instructor, somatic practitioner, emotional intelligence expert, and stage 4 cancer survivor who blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and storytelling to help people reconnect to their voice—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. House of Paz offers wellness education, healing rituals, and integrative tools for everyday life. Spots are limited. Come sip, soften, and surrender.
